We understand that during summer the weather is hot and customers may purchase drinks. We will only collect empty mineral water or tea bottles, and not sweet beverages or dessert drinks.

Kimono rental procedure

Please sit on a white chair and our staff will guide you through the kimono and hair setting process.

 

Priority will be given to customers with reservations

If you are late or do not have a reservation, you will be asked to wait until the other customers with reservations have finished.

 

Return time

Please return by 16:50. If you are late or do not have a reservation, you will be charged 2,000 yen per person.

 

Damages and stains on rental items

Kimonos with oil stains will be charged 3,000 yen per kimono.

Damaged or lost kimono will be charged 15,000 yen (can be picked up), accessories will be charged 3,000 yen, and bags will be charged 3,000 yen (heavy items may cause damage).

 

Additional winter rental items

Kimono remake scarves, gloves, and kids' scarves can be rented free of charge.

Kimono remake scarf, gloves, and kids' scarves are free of charge, but there is a charge of 2,000 yen for damaged or lost scarves, and 1,000 yen for gloves and kids' scarves.
